Fire assaying is the standard process for obtaining analytical gold and platinum group element (PGE) data from high grade ores that could measure range of (0.001-50) gr per ton. In the mineralogy process, fire assay is a step that could detect amount of gold in the solid phase and further mineralogy information obtain through other procedures. In this analytical method, 30 gr of sample is melted at a temperature of 1100 whereas in this state, gold and other precious metals, including platinum and palladium are separate from the slag and absorbed into the lead alloy. Lead is removed in the coupling phase and the precious metals separated in silver alloy. Finally silver alloy solved in aqua regia solution and detect by analytical instrument like ICP or AAS.
